30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original condition, with all tags and original packaging. You'll need your order number or proof of purchase.
HOW TO START A RETURN
Email hello@secondshower.us with your order number. We'll respond within 24 hours with return instructions. Do not send items back without requesting a return first.

PRODUCT-SPECIFIC CONDITIONS
Devices (Showerhead, Showerhand):
• Full refund within 30 days of delivery
• Must be in original packaging
• Return shipping: $6.99 flat rate (customer pays)
• Defective or damaged items: free return shipping after validation
Replacement Filters:
• Unused and sealed only
• Used filters cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
Infuser Tablets:
• Unopened packaging only
SUBSCRIPTION ORDERS
• Device + filter subscription first orders: returnable within 30 days
• Recurring filter shipments: cancel, skip, or pause anytime — no fees, no penalties
• Manage your subscription via email at hello@secondshower.us
ITEMS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED
• Used filters or opened infuser tablets
• Items without original packaging
• Items past the 30-day return window
• Sale or discounted items (unless defective — validated on a case-by-case basis)
DAMAGES AND DEFECTS
Inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at hello@secondshower.us so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Defective items qualify for free return shipping.
EXCHANGES
Email hello@secondshower.us with your order number and the item you'd like instead. Once your return is received, we'll ship the exchange at no additional shipping charge.
EUROPEAN UNION
If your order is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days for any reason. The same condition requirements apply.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact hello@secondshower.us.
LIFETIME WARRANTY
All devices (Showerhead, Showerhand) are covered by a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects, broken parts on arrival, and malfunctioning spray. Filters and infuser tablets are consumables and not covered. To claim, email hello@secondshower.us with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable.
