30-Day Return and Refund Policy

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To start a return, email hello@secondshower.us with your order number. We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions. Please do not send an item back before requesting a return.

Return conditions
- Showerhead and Showerhand devices must be returned in their original condition and original packaging.
- Replacement filters must be unused and sealed. Used or opened filters cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
- Infuser Tablets must remain unopened in their original packaging.
- Sale and discounted items are returnable under the same conditions.
- Items without their original packaging or returned after 30 days are not eligible.

Return shipping
- Orders placed with a filter subscription: free returns within 30 days of delivery. We cover the return shipping.
- One-time purchases: you arrange and pay for return postage. We do not charge or deduct a fixed return fee.
- Defective, damaged or incorrect items: contact us right away. Once we confirm the issue, return shipping is free.

Subscription orders
- First orders that include a device and a filter subscription are returnable within 30 days under the conditions above, with free returns.
- Recurring filter shipments can be canceled, skipped or paused at any time, with no fees or penalties.

Exchanges
Email us with your order number and the item you would like instead. Once we receive your return, we will ship the approved replacement at no additional shipping charge.

Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will let you know whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Your bank or card provider may need more time.

Warranty
All devices (Showerhead, Showerhand) are covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects, parts broken on arrival, and malfunctioning spray. While you have an active filter subscription, the warranty is lifetime. Register your device at secondshower.us/pages/get-warranty. Replacement filters and Infuser Tablets are consumables and are not covered. To make a claim, email hello@secondshower.us with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable.
