Cancellation policy

Subscription Cancellation Policy

You may cancel, skip, or pause your subscription at any time. There are no cancellation fees or penalties.

Manage your subscription using either of the following methods:

• Use the subscription-management link provided in your account or any subscription confirmation email.

• Email hello@secondshower.us.

Changes must be submitted before your next shipment is processed.

If a cancellation is requested after a shipment has already been processed, that shipment will still be delivered. The subscription will end after that delivery, and no additional subscription shipments will be processed.
