Unscrew Filter Chamber
Grip the filter housing below the Truth Window and turn counter-clockwise.
Swap the Filter
Pull out the used filter. Insert new filter with mesh side facing down.
Reassemble & Flush
Screw the chamber back on. Run water for 30 seconds to flush. Done.

How often should I replace the filter?
Every 2–4 months for the wall-mount Showerhead. Hard water areas: replace sooner. Two signs it's time: noticeable pressure drop, or the Vitamin C powder in the lower chamber looks depleted (clear instead of white). Check through the Truth Window.
Is the brown/orange color on the used filter normal?
Yes — that's sediment, rust, and heavy metals your filter captured. It's NOT mold or bacteria. You're seeing what would have been on your skin. The filter is working exactly as designed.
Does this fit the Showerhand (handheld) too?
No. The wall-mount Showerhead uses a different, larger filter. For the Showerhand, use the Showerhand Filter 3-Pack.
Can I clean and reuse the filter?
No. The filtration media is consumed during use. Once the Vitamin C gel is depleted, the filter cannot be regenerated.
