These Terms of Service govern your use of secondshower.us and purchases made from Second Shower. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Orders and pricing

All prices are listed in USD and may change without notice. We may limit quantities, refuse orders, or cancel orders involving pricing errors, unauthorized discount codes, suspected fraud, or product availability issues.

Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout based on the shipping address.

Products

We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product descriptions, images, colors, prices, and specifications. Actual colors and appearance may vary slightly depending on the product and display used.

Product information provided on our website is not medical advice. Second Shower products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent a disease. Individual results may vary.

Payment

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Orders may be canceled if payment cannot be authorized or verified.

Subscriptions

Subscription purchases renew automatically according to the price and delivery schedule displayed when you enroll.

By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the selected payment method for each scheduled shipment until the subscription is canceled.

You may cancel, skip, or pause a subscription at any time without cancellation fees. Manage your subscription through the subscription-management link provided in your account or subscription emails, or contact hello@secondshower.us.

Changes must be submitted before the next shipment is processed. Once a shipment has been processed, it will be delivered and the requested change will apply to future shipments.

Shipping

Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Returns and refunds

Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery under the conditions stated in our Return and Refund Policy:

Warranty

Second Shower devices—the Showerhead and Showerhand—include a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects, parts broken upon arrival, and malfunctioning spray.

The warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse, accidental damage, cosmetic damage, replacement filters, or Infuser Tablets.

Intellectual property

Content on secondshower.us, including text, images, logos, graphics, product designs, and software, is owned by or licensed to Second Shower and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially use our content without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Second Shower will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of our website or products.

Our total liability relating to a product will not exceed the amount paid for that product. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Second Shower harmless from claims, losses, or expenses resulting from your unlawful use of the website, violation of these terms, or misuse of our products.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Nothing in these terms limits rights available under applicable consumer-protection laws.
