These Terms of Service govern your use of secondshower.us and your purchase of products from Second Shower.
By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. ORDERS AND PRICING
All prices are listed in USD. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or cancel orders at our discretion — including orders that appear to use incorrect pricing or unauthorized discount codes. Tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
2. PRODUCTS
Product images are for illustration purposes. Actual products may vary slightly in color or appearance. We make every effort to display accurate product information but do not guarantee that descriptions, images, or specifications are error-free.
3. PAYMENT
We accept major credit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout. By submitting payment, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. We reserve the right to cancel orders if payment cannot be verified.
4. SUBSCRIPTIONS
Subscription orders are recurring. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method at the intervals specified (every 3 months for hand filters, every 4 months for head filters). You may cancel, skip, or pause at any time by emailing hello@secondshower.us. No cancellation fees apply.
5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping timelines are estimates, not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other factors outside our control. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier.
6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
See our Return and Refund Policy for full details. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery under the conditions specified.
7. WARRANTY
Devices (Showerhead, Showerhand) carry a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. Filters and infuser tablets are consumables and are not warranted beyond the 30-day return window. Warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse, or cosmetic damage.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on secondshower.us — including text, images, logos, product designs, and software — is the property of Second Shower and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without written permission.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Second Shower shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
10. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold Second Shower harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these terms or misuse of our products.
11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in San Diego, California, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive the right to participate in class-action lawsuits.
12. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
13. CHANGES TO TERMS
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
