When do I replace the filter, and what does it cost?
Replace the Showerhand filter every 30 days and the Showerhead filter about every 60 days. For the Showerhand, 3 filters cost $29, or $27 with a plan. For the Showerhead, 2 filters cost $39, or $36 with a plan.
Do I have to subscribe?
No. Either device is charged once. The Showerhand plan sends 3 filters after 1 month, then every 3 months. The Showerhead plan sends 2 after 2 months, then every 4 months. Both plans include shipping. Skip or cancel anytime.
What if I want to return it?
For either model, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. You pay return postage for a change of mind. For a product or delivery problem, we provide a prepaid label. Used or opened filters cannot be returned.
ReturnsDoes it soften hard water?
No. Neither model removes calcium or magnesium, so neither softens hard water. Both remove 99.9% of chlorine and chloramine using food-grade Vitamin C.
