How often should I replace the filter?
Every 1–2 months for the Showerhand. The Truth Window shows when — the filter darkens as it captures contaminants, and the Vitamin C powder clears as it depletes. A 3-pack covers about 90 days.
Is the brown/orange color on the used filter normal?
Yes — that's sediment, rust, and heavy metals your filter captured. It's NOT mold or bacteria. You're seeing what would have been on your skin. The filter is working exactly as designed.
Does this fit the wall-mount Showerhead too?
No. The Showerhand uses smaller filters. For the wall-mount Showerhead, use the Showerhead Replacement Filter.
